On the Indian side, we knew we had to include the iconic Tandoori Chicken, marinated in a blend of yogurt, spices, and citrus. To complement the richness of the tandoori, we also selected Vegetable Kebabs with a Mint Chutney Dipping Sauce and Grilled Naan Bread.
